So, I've made these twice. They were fluffy, creamy and delicious!! But because I am an unexperienced baker they took about 6 to 7 hours to make because of the resting time, so if you're planning to make them make sure you have your whole day free. It was worth it though; I'd totally make them again

If you're making eggs for a lot of people and you need the eggs to keep for a bit longer, use full cream instead of milk or water :) this is what hotels and restaurants do so their eggs are still fluffy for the buffet
